We understand that sometimes our swimmers decide that it's the right time to move on from our club. We know that swimmers can fall out of love with the smell of chlorine, or find that other activities mean they can't find the time to swim as much as they would like.

If you're considering leaving, please speak in the first instance to your coach, our head coach, or your squad rep to figure out whether we can do something differently which would suit you or your swimmer better.

If, after speaking to the coaches and/or squad reps, you decide you want to leave, please contact our club administrator on [email protected]  and the secretary on [email protected]  to notify her of your intention to depart. Please remember that a notice period applies

"We require members to give 1 month’s notice of departure from the club and fee payment is due for the next full month(during which the swimmer can continue to swim). An additional one month’s squad fees shall be due from any member resigning membership between the dates of 1 April to 31 August each year. "

Example:

If notice is given on 3rd Oct 2022 you are required to pay the next full month's fees for Nov.

If notice is given on 3rd April 2022 you are required to pay the next 2 full months fees , May and June.
