Fitness Squad (13 and over)

Swimmers in the Fitness Squad are club members who want to continue swimming and enjoy the sociability of the club and to keep fit, but may not wish to compete at external meets. They will have access to two sessions per week: 

  • Friday 20.00-21.30
  • Sunday 07.00-08.30

 

Squad focus:

This squad is designed to support swimmers who want to continue to train but cannot commit to more than 2 sessions a week.  This is also ideal for swimmers who are not of the required pace to swim with other squads, or do not wish to compete in external meets or the club championships.
