Club Mark

Biggleswade Swimming Club was established in 1966 at the outdoor pool in Biggleswade, moving to the new indoor Saxon pool in 1997.

Our aim is to promote the potential of all swimmers through the knowledge and experience of our coaching team, to the support of a dedicated Committee and volunteer workforce.  We have swimmers ranging from age eight years old to our more experienced Masters Squad, as well as a Water Polo section.

Our committee runs the club in line with our Constitution and is elected annually at an AGM.  The Committee meet on the second Sunday of each month; if there are any issues you would like raised please contact us and we will discuss at our next meeting.  We are always looking for ways to improve our club so if you have any proposals please talk to any Committee member.

We are a competitive club, who compete at all levels; tailoring meets to suit all levels of swimmer, from novice “no times” meets to National Championships.  We are well represented at both County and Regional level, as well as competing in the National Arena League.
