Bath’s twinning arrangement with Alkmaar is the oldest of its foreign twinning links, forming in 1947, and Bath Dolphin & DAW (De Alkmaarse Wateratten) have been two of the mainstays of that arrangement. The exchange with DAW has been in existence since 1948 and is the longest running exchange in England.

We are delighted that once again Bath Dolphin have been invited to visit our friends in Holland, Alkmaar DAW, in 2018 to help celebrate their 100th Anniversary.

The trip will take place over the Easter weekend, departing from Bath early Thursday 29th March 2018 and returning early evening Tuesday 3rd April 2018. This will be open for swimmers aged 12 and over to take part.

In order to book your slot on the trip, please complete the online application form and download the tour invite letterfor payment and further details. This has also been emailed to all members over 12.
