Squad Structure:
We have 8 squads within our programme; JD1, JD2, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Sapphire, Masters and Junior Masters.
When you attend the pool for a free trial, the coaching team will identify the best squad. Coaches will ensure swimmers are placed within their closest ability group which will help swimmers to progress quicker and with the right skills to ensure a long and enjoyable time within the club and sport.
