Please be aware all our admin is done on a voluntary basis and to minimise the time needed, we rely on families setting up Monthly Standing Orders or paying termly in the first month of each school term, to cover swimming fees.   Note all squads fees differ and if a member of your family is changeing squads please ensure the Standing Order is updated and the correct level of fees are paid.
We haven't the admin time to issue invoices or use the finance functionality in TU (due to it's high cost), we then follow up by exception.   

Please help and pay as outlined below in section 3.

1. Annual Membership Subs for 2024 (changed for 2024 due to SE increases)

An Annual Membership Subs is due each January or when a member joins the Club. These are not pro rata‘d and last to the 31st Dec regardless of when paid, a Swim England rule not ours! 

The majority goes to Swim England and our Middlesex Region to cover each members registration and insurance, and the remainder towards club admin.

Annual Fees are:

  • £22 for Learn to Swim
  • £33 for non-competitive swimmers (CAT1 - CLUB TRAIN)
  • £66 for competitive (CAT2 - CLUB COMPETE).

Where a non-competitive swimmer starts to compete in galas (likely to be Development Squad swimmers)  the upgrade difference in cost of £33 needs to be paid.  Noting, like initial SE registration it lasts to the 31st Dec, even if upgrading in say Nov.

2. Swimming Fees for Spring term 2024  (no change, last updated Jan 23)

Swimming Fees cover the cost of coaches and pool hire.  We are a not-for-profit organisation and these changes are to ensure we break even.

The club fees are shown below (from 1st Jan 2023) may be subject to change.

3. Paying

When paying termly the fees are due in the first month of the school term.

When paying by monthly standing order, it is spreading the term cost over 4 months, requested to be paid on the 1st of each month to minimise our admin, which is all done on a voluntary basis.  Monthly payments do NOT relate specifically to the swimming offered in that month but just spreads the cost - note √*

 √*  a payment is due in August as paying monthly is just spreading the term cost over 4 months, there are no LTS swimming lessons during school holidays and August is just the final Summer payment.
-  we calculate fees based on running 11 sessions per term i.e. 33 a year.  But run as many as the school and school terms allow. This can     
   vary from 11 to 14 sessions a term.  We keep the costs the same per term, on the understanding that over the year any unexpected
   cancellations still mean we offer 33 sessions.  Generally, we run 35 sessions a year and consequently don't give refunds for cancelled   
   sessions, unless it drops below 33 a year. 
   Noting we are a not for profit charitable organisation and only paid staff are teachers and coaches.
