This years Distance Champs will take place on the following evenings with warm up at 6pm:
Thursday 15th June - 200m IM and 400m Free
Thursday 22nd June - 200m Free and 800m Free
Age categories - 10 & under, 11-12, 13-14, 15-16 and 17 & over.
Entry forms must be handed in before Friday 26th May. A form is attached but will also be available on the noticeboard.
Please note that all swimmers 10 years and under should have their form countersigned by their squad coach.
