CADSC has two Wellbeing & Protection Officers (WPOs)

Kirsty Cooper: [email protected]

Katriona Addison: tbc

At CADSC we consider the wellbeing of our swimmers, swim coaches, parents, carers and all helpers involved as paramount. We are committed to creating a safe, positive environment for all; both in and out of the water. We feel it is important that as adults we all take some responsibility in supporting our young people and encourage them to lead positive, healthy lives. For this reason the WPOs are easily contactable and they will endeavour to support you, in confidence, should you have any concerns.

All swimmers sign a code of conduct annually at membership renewal time. Please also remind your young person of the expectations around behaviour and respect throughout the rest of the year.

For mental health issues, please see the resources available below, and signpost other members to them as necessary.
