Everyone who participates in Triathlon is entitled to participate in an enjoyable and safe environment

Chapel Tri considers the safety and well-being of children as central to its values. As a club, we accept our responsibility for providing guidance and support to our members to ensure that triathlon is enjoyable and safe.

If you have any concerns for the welfare or safety of a child or someone raises a concern with you, report these immediately.

To report a concern, contact the Chapel Tri Welfare Officer

It is important to remember that the welfare of the child is paramount. It is not up to you to decide whether or not a child is or has been abused, but to report concerns so they can be dealt with appropriately by a trained professional. All of our coaches have received "UK Coaching Safeguarding and Protecting Children's welfare" training and this is renewed annually.
