Coolmine SC - Club Resilience Fund Grant Success!

We are delighted to announce that Coolmine SC has been successful in our application to Swim Ireland for a grant from the Sports Club Resilience Fund announced by the Government in June.

Swim Ireland was allocated a total of €780k from Sport Ireland under the scheme, €500k of which is to directly support swim clubs.   It is shared between 36 clubs across the country.

The grant awarded to Coolmine SC is very welcome and will assist the club in meeting the ongoing financial challenges we face this season.  It will help us to plan the rest of the season and facilitate the return of all our squads and swimmers to training.

We are very grateful to the Department for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport & Media and Sport Ireland for this funding package to support the Irish sport sector and to Swim Ireland for putting forward a strong case to ensure our sport and our club receives a share of the Club Resilience Fund.
