COVID-19 - Cessation of Training - CSC Membership fees  -  UPDATE 22 MARCH 2020

We hope that all of you and your families are keeping well in these very challenging times.

At this stage it is certain that we are looking at the cessation of training for a prolonged period.  In this context we have suspended the membership fees w.e.f. from 1 March 2020.  Fees that have been prepaid will be credited to your account for next Season.   Alternatively, if you prefer, we can arrange to refund relevant fees.  If you are currently paying your membership fees by monthly standing order, please cancel this payment to the club as soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: Team Unify (our online membership system) is not currently linked to payment receipts tracking for membership fees therefore it does not reflect the actual balance on accounts.  If you have any questions about your membership fees or the balances on your account please email: coolminetreasurer@gmail.com

We will keep members updated on any developments relating to returning to training, refurbishment works in Coolmine Sports Complex as well as suggested alternative training activities for your swimmers, etc via our website; Team Unify emails and text.

We look forward to welcoming all our swimmers back to training as soon as it is safe and permitted to do so.  In the meantime, stay safe and keep well.

COVID-19 update 6 March 2020

We urge all members to follow the advice that has been provided by the appropriate agencies regarding the best way to minimise the risks to infection as well as what you should do if you or your child feels unwell and are developing symptoms or indeed have been in contact with any confirmed cases.

Some simple controls measures include
• Frequently clean hands by using alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water.
• When coughing and sneezing cover mouth and nose with flexed elbow or tissue – throw tissue away immediately and wash your hands.
• Avoid close contact with anyone who has fever and cough.
