ACCESSNI

2018 AccessnNI application instructions / ID Validation form – this is the only form which can be used

NOTE: When someone from the club has completed an online ENHANCED application, they must get their identity checked with 3 original documents – the list which can be used is on the back of the IDValidation form

Once this is done, the ID Validation form and copies of the 3 documents must be sent into me within 28 days so that SU can release the application to accessni. After 28 days the application is out of date and cannot be processed.
