A very strong start to our Plymouth Cities campaign this year, where 36 swimmers are taking part either this weekend just gone, or next weekend. We have also already matched our 2019 medal tally of 53 with a day of racing...

9 of our Performance Squad swimmers enjoyed a highly beneficial and fun week in Spain, with 15 hours of long course training completed, along with a couple land training sessions with some time for teambuilding and fun social actvities in between. The 9 swimmers are all targetting Regionals this Summer, with a few setting their sights on National Qualification at the end of the season and this week will have prepared them for the run-in to those major events.
