Jamie Evans - Head Coach (Working with Elite and Development Squads).

Jamie joined the coaching team in 2013 and since then has worked with various COLSC squads as well as being involved in the England Talent Phase 1 & 2 Swim Camps and the ASSE programme. 

In 2016 he became COLSC Head Coach and since then he has seen club members swim in National and Regional meets with multiple swimmers competing in finals and taking podium finishes. During Jamie's time as Head Coach of COLSC five swimmers have reached international junior level. Jamie has also coached multiple County, Midlands and British Age Group record holders.

Rob Vaughan - Lead Performance and Regional 2 Coach.

Rob began working with CoL in 2015 and joined full time in January 2016. In his four years with the club he has worked with swimmers from County to National Level and helped swimmers achieve their goals of qualifying and performing at British/English summer meets for successive seasons. For the 2017/18 and 2018/19 seasons Rob was selected as a skills coach on the Swim England National Development Programme working with Swim England selected 13 and 14 year olds from around the country on three one day camps. In January of 2019 Rob was selected as a support coach on the Swim England East Midland Performance Team trip to Luxembourg where he worked with some of the regions finest swimmers as they tested themselves against some of the worlds best. Rob is currently on the Swim England Senior Coach Course which he will be hoping to complete this summer.
