2024 Annual Membership Charges

The Club membership and Swim England charges for the Daventry Dolphins Swimming Club are applicable from the 1st January to 31st December in any given year.

The membership fee which is payable annually as of 1st January includes the mandatory league affiliation fees, insurance as well as the affiliation fees to the national, regional, and county governing bodies for swimming - Swim England, Swim England East Midland, and Northamptonshire Amateur Swimming Association.

  • Club Train - £54 - For swimmers aged 8 years or under and covers training, lower-level team events and training.
  • Club Compete - £72 - For swimmers aged 9 years or over (aqua swimmers may be excluded) and allows swimmers to compete in higher level competitions such as County Championships and above and selected open meets.
  • Club Support - £15 - For all registered officials and volunteer helpers. One parent/guardian per family must also be registered for membership in line with our club constitution.

2024 Monthly Squad Training Fees

The squad training fees are payable one month in advance. The fees below include pool time and some land training (covering blood flow, core and body conditioning & stretching before and after specific sessions).

Fees are to be paid by Direct Debit via GoCardless for 1st of the month.

  • Bronze - £40.00  
  • Silver - £45.00
  • Silver Plus - £50.00
  • Gold - £60.00
  • Performance - £75.00  
  • Masters - £30.00

Please Note:

  • The annual membership renewal is due from 1st January.
  • Squad training fees are paid monthly in advance by direct debit via GoCardless on the 1st of the month. 
  • There is a 25% discount on monthly training fees for any family who has three or more swimmers registered as members. The discount applies for the third swimmer with the lowest paying squad fee.
  • The squad fees are calculated over 12 months period and divided into 12 equal monthly payments. The squad fee is irrespective of how many times you are able attend.
  • If for any unforeseen reason a squad session must be cancelled by the club, the club will try its upmost to try and reschedule the training session. As a rule, the club does not issue refunds.
  • A period of one month’s written and paid notice is required if you decide to leave the club.
  • In the event of long-term illness or injury, members should not automatically cancel their squad fees payments, but must inform the Club Secretary and Treasurer in writing. The decision as to whether fees may be reduced or waivered will be made by the treasurer on behalf of the committee.
  • If you experience temporary payment difficulties, please contact the Club Secretary and Treasurer, and refer to the club policy. We may be able to provide some financial support.
