There are not many things as exciting as an athlete or parent involved in Age Group swimming. Our Age Group Regional Development Squad is the perfect place for interested swimmers to grow into talented athletes. It is full of energetic, driven young people committed to improving themselves, mentally and physically in the sport they adore. Never more has this been demonstrated than with our Junior League teams over the last few years.

With each swimmer committed to 6 sessions per week, the individuals quickly realise that it is not only turning up which causes dramatic improvement, but also the attention to detail with which you train. This twinned with the prospect of residential swim camps, make the perfect combination for hungry athletes. We are fortunate to be able to offer all of our performance athletes the most advanced and high level skill training.
