1 hour 1+ times a week | Development Squad Yellow then Black (Approx Age 7-10) | Comprehensive technique development for all 4 competitive strokes including starts, turns and the laws of swimming. Focus on technique with swimmers developing[ing strength and stamina. |
1 hour 2-3 times a week | Senior Development Squad (Approx Age 7-9) | Comprehensive technique development for all 4 competitive strokes including starts, turns and the laws of swimming. Focus on technique with swimmers developing strength and stamina. For swimmers wanting to move to competitive squads. Selected by coaches. |
1 hour 1+ times a week | Junior Club Yellow then Black 1-4 (For Ages 10-18) | Training sessions with more advanced stroke work and greater distances further developing strength, stamina and speed. Suitable for swimmers wanting to move to the competitive squads (selection by coaches) or for those wanting to swim for fitness and leisure. |
