Session One - 2.00- 2.40pm Warm up, 2.45pm start.
Warm up one - 2.00-2.20pm MALE ONLY
Warm up two - 2.20-2.40pm FEMALE ONLY

- All warm ups will be run as 15 minutes general swim and 5 minutes sprint/pace lanes. In the 5mins sprint/pace period lane 1-4 will be for one-way sprint only. Lane 5-6 will be for pace practise only and swam in a clockwise direction
- The diving pit will close after the warm up for 10 minutes, until racing restarts, after which the diving pit will reopen for swim down use
- COPS will be sitting on the main balcony side of the poolside. Visiting clubs will be seated on the diving pit side of the pool. 
- All movement around the pool will be clockwise
- Masks are optional
- All COPS swimmers must arrive 30 minutes before the first warm up of the day and 20 minutes before warm ups for all other sessions in order to prepare for pre-pool warm up
