Friday 2nd December - 1500m Fr - Regional Pool, Peterborough

Warm up
5.30-6.30pm (3 x 20min warm up slots in 3 lanes)
Group 1: 5.30-5.50pm 1st 3rd of heats swimmers
Group 2: 5.50-6.10pm 2nd 3rd of heats swimmers
Group 3: 6.10-6.30pm 3rd 3rd of heats swimmers
Each 20mins as 15mins free swimming, 5mins pace practise
Diving pit available for swim down after the first heats has been swum.
