ASA Equivalent Performance Tables

Instead of the old separate tables for each stroke and event, the ASA and SportSytems, have produced a small application that will make converting times across pool lengths much much easier.

You can download the application direct from the SportsSystem website (click on the icon below) and follow the instructions to install.

Select the event and pool length, the enter the time you wish to convert in the highlighted box, and all the conversion times will appear along the bottom. It's as simple as that !!
