BWPL Men's - Exeter have a youthful & strong performance to finish off the 21/22 season!

Ben Mardon
The men’s national league team will be back in Division 2 next year after two close games in the final weekend of the 21/22 competition.
With a young team of an average age of just 19 and three 16-year-olds in the team, they came up against two experienced teams who had both played in division one in previous seasons.
Both matches were close games, and the team showed some of the best performances of the campaign. They lost to the two London sides, 16-14 v Invicta and 15-11 v Sutton. The second game was a tie for three of the four quarters, so a slow start cost dearly.
We would like to thank all the players (17 in total) and coaches for their commitment and attitude throughout the season, including three months with no pool to train in.
We would also like to thank our sponsors who make this all possible - JHP Recruitment and Pinhoe Dental Centre. Thank you!
