Currently land training and Monday sessions are suspended due to COVID restrictions. 

We hold Land Training sessions prior to the training sessions for Squad members on Mondays and Fridays.

The session is taken by a qualified instructor and lasts for 30 mins there is a small charge to attend.

All squad members are expected to take advantage of these session to help build physical strength.
