Mission Statement

To enable every member to reach their full swimming potential. We aim to do this by:

  • Providing a safe, stimulating and supportive environment in which to learn and train

  • Inspiring our swimmers to pursue excellence, through commitment to training and a desire to improve technically

  • Encouraging swimmers to take pride in their achievements and celebrate success of themselves and others

  • Cultivating a love of swimming that will last forever.

Our Vision

Through great leadership and dynamic coaching we aim to be one of the top aquatic providers in Fife, where members work together as a team to promote swimming excellence.

Positive Coaching

The club participates in the sportscotland Positive Coaching Scotland programme. Designed to create a positive environment for young people in sport, the programme supports the learning and development of life skills. The three key principles are:

  • Honour our sport

  • Redefine 'winner'

  • Fill the emotonal tank.

Club Constitution

A copy of the club constitution can be found here. The constitution may be changed at the AGM. Proposals for ammendment should be made to the committee at least one month prior to the AGM.

Annual General Meeting

The club AGM is held in November.

The most recent club AGM was held on Monday 25th November 2019 at 6.30pm in Michael Woods Sports & Leisure Centre.

Codes of Conduct

The club is committed to the promotion of excellence in swimming and the fostering of a sense of individual achievement and sporting fairness within a competitive yet supportive environment. These objectives are incorporated within the swimmers and parent code of conductcoaches and teachers code of conductvolunteers and officials code of conduct and the mobile phone policy.

Records are meant to be broken so aspire to make the list of club champions or break an age group record or open championship record.
