Performance

Swimmers entering the performance squads at Kingston should be prioritising swimming as a first or second sport and be committed to becoming the best they can be. Kingston although not a performance exclusive club have a good track record of producing great age level talent which then transitions into other more senior programmes. We have an array of ex-club members currently swimming at the highest levels nationally including someone currently ranked first in their event and age group within Scotland.

We take pride in our ability to create technically capable swimmers which we can transition successfully at a time it suits the athlete if they would like to increase their training time.

The club also have links with other clubs locally in which our athletes train at both clubs to increase their training volumes.

The performance section is split into two sections Junior and senior although age is not the only characteristic that splits them.
