You need to have swum as fast as either the QT (Qualifying Times) or CT (Consideration Times) at a licensed gala to enter during the 12 month period up to and including the 11th January 2017.

Entries need to be in by Midnight on the11th January 2017 (Details and entry forms will be sent out by GRSC)
