Starting on Saturday December 14th, 2019 we will have a modified schedule for all squads throughout the Winter Holidays. Please make sure to check the schedule closely before you head to the pool over the next 3 weeks. Regular training will resume on Thursday January 2nd, 2020. The coaches and committee would like to wish everyone all the best over this festive season, and of course best of luck to all of our swimmers racing in the Division 1 final of the London Arena League tomorrow! Over a span of 8 days in early December, ninety Brompton SC swimmers competed in 4 different competitions in London, Manchester, and Sheffield which resulted in countless PB's, a plethora of medals, and 16 new Brompton Records (as well as 3 County and Regional Records!). Ramtin, Joanna, and Emma were impressed with how well the swimmers who've been showing consistency in training performed across the 2 days of the Harrow Xmas Cracker, especially considering the events stretched late into the evening. Olivia B continued her assault on the Brompton SC...

By all measures the 2019 Winter Club Champs were a massive success for the entire club. It was our largest ever with 140 swimmers entered to compete including our youngest swimmer in Academy 1 (7 year old Anastasia) all the way up to our Sr. swimmers who were using the meet as a tune up for their upcoming end of season meets. It's not an exhaustive list of everything a swimmer should or should not eat,  but should help guide our swimmers towards better choices. Navid has included his contact details at the end of the article should anyone have...

Although it was published in the Summer Champs program, we wanted to direct everyone's attention to the first draft of the 2019 Autumn/Winter Competition Schedule. BSC 2019 Autumn/Winter Competition Schedule- (1st draft) This will be updated on the web-site over the coming weeks but we'd like everyone to have a look and make sure the important dates (including the early MKJL date and all three rounds of the Arena League) are kept clear and prioritized. Competitions are an important part of all of our swimmers development especially those taking place...
