A Busy Month of Racing Concludes with mixed Results but Positive Signs

Brompton SC swimmers from all squads competed throughout the month of March leading to a massive haul of medals, PB's, Speeding Tickets, and Club Records (Details and results below). The swimmers who've been training hard since the New Year and have been working diligently on their fitness and skills with our coaches on a daily basis were rewarded with excellent results and the coaches were thrilled with the progress many of the swimmers are showing.

We now have an entire month free from any competitions with our next racing opportunities coming at the Black Lion Open Meet (we are still accepting entries for this meet!) and the 2019 London Region Youth Championships. Even with the Easter Holidays approaching, it is important that our swimmers are doing their best to get to the pool as much as possible to ensure they are giving themselves the best opportunity to improve by learning, getting stronger, and having fun with their teammates; none of these things can happen without consistent training.
