Athlete Nutrition- What should I bring to the competition?

After witnessing far too many bags of Haribo and various fried crisps on poolside at recent competitions, I asked a Sports Nutritionist I work with at Latymer (he is also a swimming teacher) to prepare a small document relating to what swimmers should be looking to eat and drink during race days. It's not an exhaustive list of everything a swimmer should or should not eat,  but should help guide our swimmers towards better choices.
