We are looking for passionate volunteers to join our team and help us empower our young people and allow them to enjoy - and excel in - aquatic sport.

A wide range of roles are available, ranging from teaching "Learn to Swim" sessions to coaching performance swimmers and water polo - and everything in-between!

Who are we looking for?

Anyone can join our team - No experience or qualifications are required. You should be enthusiatic, be able to engage with children and deliver an assigned programme.

We periodically run nationally recognised coaching & teaching courses for our coaches to ensure you are informed and supported throughout your coaching journey.

All positions within a club require a satisfcatory PVG check and Scottish Swimming membership, which the club will pay for.

What roles are available?

Many roles are available ranging from positions on the club's Management Committee to coaching and teaching roles. There is room to take on as little or as much responsibility as you would like - whether that be constructing and managing training programs or delivering them to young people.

We are paticularly looking for Swim Teachers to assist with our Learn to Swim sessions. These are especially rewarding and may involve hands-on teaching and delivery, watching participants learn and develop their ability thanks to your teaching.

Why volunteer?

Voluntary positions can look favourable to employers, but they are far more than that. Joining our club means joining a vibrant, tight-knit community of swimmers, water polo players and other enthusiasts. You will make life-long bonds and make a real difference to children and young people living in Dundee.

You will develop your skills in teaching and get nationally recognised qualifications which are also used by employers.
