Olympia closure

Due to the on-going closure of Olympia leisure centre, some of our sessions have been disrupted.

We are working on securing additional pool time as soon as possible.

Land Training

Our Land Training sessions are provided as additional fitness training for our Swimmers to aid fitness and improve their performance. They are provided by coaches experienced in deliverying fitness coaching in a variety of disciplines.

Why?

  • Improve performance – Core, Strength, Power, Fitness, Cardio, Reaction times

  • Prevent Injuries – Overuse, focus area on body

  • Stay engaged – new opportunities to improve

  • Prevent burnout – keep training interesting

When?

  • Wednesday: 6-7pm

  • Sunday: 9-10am

Athletes doing 2 or more hours per week of training are actively encouraged to participate.
