Intermediate

1. To be able to achieve 1300m in a T20

2. To complete a 10 x 100m Frontcrawl Test set off 1.40 with a minimum of 10 seconds rest

3. To attend a minimum of 4 sessions a week including 1 morning & Land training

4. To achieve County times and attend the meet

5. To actively compete in Level 2 & 3 Open meets

Swimmers must comply with a minimum of 3 of the above to remain in the squad

– Old T shirt (as Junior Age)
– Water bottle minimum size 75ml

– Hand Paddles
– Exercise band
– Spare goggles (recommended)
– Mesh bag (optional)

Please remember to bring Paddles, Fins, Drag shorts (not to tight or they won’t give you drag) and 2 drink bottles to every session
