Junior
1. To be able to achieve 1150m in a T20
2. To complete a 10 x 100m Frontcrawl Test set off 1.50 with a minimum of 10 seconds rest
3. To attend a minimum of 3 pool sessions a week & Land Training
4. To aim for County times and attend the Suffolk County Development Meet
5. To actively compete in Level 3 & 4 Open meets
Swimmers must comply with a minimum of 3 of the above to remain in the squad
