Attend Club Championships
Qualifying consideration standards apply for the Senior/Masters squad and are as follows.

You must comply with the F/c standards and one other event. 

Training Times

3 hours training per week from the following times:

Monday 20.00-21.00
Tuesday 6.00-7.00am
Wednesday 6.00-7.00am
Thursday 6.00-7.00am 
Thursday 20.00-21.00pm

Training Kit

– Kick Board (small)
– Pullbuoy (small)
– Fins (short)
– Drag Shorts
– Old T shirt (as Junior Age)
– Water bottle minimum size 75ml
– Hat
– Hand Paddles
– Exercise band
– Spare goggles (recommended)
– Mesh bag (optional)
