Pre-Skills

 

1. To be able to achieve 950m in a T20

2. To attend a minimum of 2 sessions a week and have a go at Land Training

3. To work towards achieving the Suffolk County Development Meet and attend the meet

4. To actively compete in Level 3 & 4 Open meets

5. 10 x 50m Freestyle off 1.15 with a minimum of 10 seconds rest

Swimmers must comply with a minimum of 3 of the above to remain in the squad

– Kick Board (small)
– Pullbuoy (small)
– Fins (short)
– Old T shirt (not baggy, can cut sleeves off)
– Hat
– Water bottle minimum size 75ml
– Spare goggles (recommended)
– Mesh bag (optional)
