Ex-Leeds coach Jenny Leeming brought down her high performance divers including old Leeds diver Yona Knight-Wisdom to Leeds for two weeks of training whilst their pool was shut for reburishment.
The Scots joined in with our High Performance Centre and it was great to have some familiar faces back around the pool. They fit right in with our team, and as well as them being able to learn from us, it was also good for our divers to be pushed and challenged in a different way to usual. Of course we added a few friendly competitions in along the way aswell as some games to mix things up!
As always, we look forward to their next visit :)

Leeds Head Coach, Joe Meszaros headed down to London for the day to attend the UK Coaching Performance Foundation National event. The day began with a talk from keynote speaker Danny Kerry MBE, which was followed by two workshops. These workshops covered different topics such as 'developing resilience in elite athletes', looking into the fact, 'every conversation matters' which explores improving skills
Here's what he has to say about the conference-
"The UK coaching conference was a fantastic opportunity for me to further my knowledge and network with other coaches invovled within the performance foundation programme. The day was very engaging and insightful with some inspiring guest speakers. We came away from the day with lots of knowledge shared between everybody to help push not only the performance of all the coaches, but also all the programmes involved up and down the country within the sport."
