Performance 2 (P2)

 

Performance 2 (P2) athletes work closely with their coaches to reach agreed goals.  These athletes have worked their way through the junior squads and have shown they are ready for a performance lifestyle.

 

Working with Assistant Head Coach, Ben; athletes will be working towards Regional Championships (NERs) in the first instance through the use of corrective coaching, 121 goal setting and review, video analysis, peer review and testing. In the performance squads we work together as a team to reach our individual goals.
