Club Policies
To ensure the safe and fair running of the club, we have a number of policies that influence the way we do things. The policies are regularly reviewed to make sure they are up to date and are meeting the needs of the club. You can view each of the club policies below.
Codes of Conduct
When you join the club you will be required to agree to the clubs code of conduct. There are a number of codes of conduct within the club. One for athletes, one for committee members and one for coaches.
Codes of conduct set the standard for acceptable behaviour and are designed to support a fair and friendly training environment. You can see each of the codes of conduct here for reference.
Committee Role Description
There are a number of roles on Committee. They are all important and all look after different areas of the club. Below are committee role descriptions. If you have ever wondered about joining the committee the role description will give you an idea of what each role includes.
Committee Meetings

In addition please contact the Club Secretary if you have a matter to raise at a committee meeting. These are held the second Monday of every month
Complaints & Disputes
If you think we have done something that is not supported by our policies or the constitution, you can follow this up by following this policy.
We always aim to provide high quality service, but if you feel we can do better please do get in touch.
