Congratulations on your successful trial. We are delighted to welcome you as a member of Newcastle Staffs Swimming Club. We hope that you thrive here and, most importantly, have fun!

How to complete this form

This is a simple process which should only take a few minutes. Once you are registered, you will get access to your own private account that will enable you to see your swimmer's times, keep track of your fees and payments and monitor your own account information, Please answer all of the questions as fully as possible. The guidelines below will help you to understand what information is required.

1. When registering your swimmer you are registering the parent/guardian as the 'account' and then the swimmer as a 'member'. 
2. If you already have a swimmer at the club, please select your existing account to add another swimmer 'member'.
3. Please enter as many details as possible.
4. Please ensure you complete all fields - but we do not require any 'insurance information' - this is a requirement in the USA, not the UK.
5. It is important to tell us of any medical information that you think the club and coaches should be aware of, particularly in the event of an emergency, such as allergies, any medical conditions and medicines. 
6. Finally, we ask that you read through the club's codes of conduct and discuss these with your swimmer, where relevant, so that they understand what is expected of them.
   
    

A Welcome Message from the Club Chairman

I am delighted that you decided to join us here at Newcastle Staffs Swimming Club. We hope that you settle in well and get to know your fellow squad members and coaches over the next few weeks. 

It is important to us that you feel part of the club as a whole and not just the squad you swim with. We organise club-wide activities throughout the year, such as our annual presentation evening, Christmas fun session and club champs, which are an opportunity for you and your family to get involved and to get to know your fellow club members. 

Our club is run by a committee of volunteers, elected by the members and responsible for the management, operation and financial control of the club. In turn, a family of volunteers supports the committee with running competitions, organising activities and fundraising. The success of the club is dependent on the support of volunteers and we hope you will find time to get involved too. It's a great way to learn more about the sport, to meet like-minded people and to make new friends.
