We are now two months into the swimming season, and what a busy two months it’s been. NUEL Early County Qualifier 7th & 8th October What a great start to our first gala of the season when we took 51 swimmers to the London Aquatic centre for Nuel Swimming Club’s short course meet. Over the two days the swimmers competed in 252 individual events and as usual they did the club proud. There were far too many PB’s to mention, which is fantastic this early in the season. Kent Junior League Round 3 On Saturday 24th September we took 32 of our younger swimmers to Crook Log for the final round of the league. In this last round we were swimming against teams who were placed eight to fourteen from the first two rounds. It was a tough night of racing, and we were up against some very good teams, but in the true spirit of Ojays our swimmers gave their absolute all. We had five 1st places and five 2nd places. Notable mentions go to Philip, Lucas,...

In an exhilarating finale to The Tudor League, our ojays team put in an awe-inspiring performance, securing a commendable second-place finish in the league. The stakes were high as we vied to defend our coveted shield against formidable rivals Bexley who were just a point ahead of us going into the last round. Although narrowly missing out on the top spot, our swimmers left an indelible mark, delivering a series of outstanding performances that we can be very proud of. Congratulations to our 53 swimmers who participated in the Tudor...

Sunday 11th June saw two of our Masters swimmers, Max Peel and Ben Langdown, competing in the Kent Masters Championships at Medway Park in the Mens 18-24 category. It was fantastic to see both swimmers back in the pool doing what they do best and demonstrating that they are still performing right at the top of their game. We are extremely proud to announce that we now have a new three times Masters County champion at the club in Max who secured the gold medals in 50m Backstroke (29.12s), 100m...
