TeamUnify Registration for CSCSC Squads

Welcome to our registration and swim club management application TeamUnify.

New Members: Welcome to the club this system will allow you to set up an account with the club to be ready for the 2022/23 season. You must have trialled with the Club prior to the registration process. If you have yet to trial, please complete the trial form on the Join a Club link on the homepage.

Detailed Instructions of how to register:-

1. Step One-Click Continue or Check Registration (at the bottom of this page)
2. Step Two-You should now be on the welcome page with this information. If you are ever unsure please refer back to this information. Scroll down the page and click the green button marked check status/create new account
3. Step Three-The system will then request your email this is to determine whether you have an existing account. New members will then set up a new account and returning members will be prompted to login
4. Step Four-Fill out the first page which should be billing information and emergency contacts then proceed to the second page. If you are a returning member check the information is correct from last season.
5. Step Five-On the second page you will now add members to the club. Click the green add member button to do this. PLEASE NOTE IF A MEMBER IS UNDER 16 YOU WILL ALSO NEED TO ADD YOURSELF AS A PARENT MEMBER. When adding a member put them into the correct registration group which will be the same name as their squad group. If you are a parent member please insure you DO NOT place yourself in your childs squad group otherwise the system will charge you more annual membership than you actually owe.
6. Step Six-Also on the second page will be 5 agreements that you will need to tick to proceed. For example data protection and photo consent are part of this. Tick the agreements and proceed to the next page.
7. Step Seven-On the final pages you will see your annual membership total (£35) please submit your registration and confirm. PLEASE NOTE you cannot make payments through the Club's webiste, only via bank transfer. The Club's bank details will be communicated to you by the Office Manager in a welcome email once the Team Manager has activated your account.
8. Step Eight-Before logging in please wait for your account to be approved by a staff member in the office you will receive an automated email when this has been done. Please watch your spam/junk email folder!
