The Swim Wales Winter National Short Course Championships 2019 took place at the National Pool Swansea 29 November-1 December 2019. Four Welsh Home-Nation Team Bath AS swimmers competed at the event bringing home four medals for the Team. As we move towards the Olympic year, Stephanie Millward’s preparations continued last weekend as she competed at the National Para-swimming Championships in Manchester (30 November/1December 2019). In the women’s MC 100m Backstroke Steph won Silver and with a time of 1:06.01 in the 100m Freestyle she earned 785 points to take Bronze.
