Team Bath AS Performance Criteria 2019-2020

This page contains the criteria for the Performance Squads at Team Bath AS and includes the following groups: Performance Squad, Potential Squads and Transition Squad.

The head coach has the discretion to accept a swimmer who has not achieved these standards, based on their attitude to training, attendance and readiness to develop.

Swimmers must adhere to the Code of Conduct for Swimmers.

Swimmers' achievements will be reviewed at various points during the season.

Reviews with the appropriate coach will be arranged for those entering the Performance Programme.

FINA points tables are available at http://www.fina.org/content/fina-points for 01/01/2019 - 31/12/2019 and swimmers can see their individual FINA points on  https://www.swimmingresults.org/individualbest/ for the past 12 months.

All squads have a maximum number of places available, which can affect squad moves.
