Swan Annual Presentation Evening 2023
The Committee and the Friends of Norwich Swan (FoNS) would like to welcome you all to what we hope will be an enjoyable social evening, celebrating the Swimmers and the Club's success in the 2022-23 season.
- Saturday 9th September, arrival from 6.00pm, with Presentations starting promptly at 7.00pm
- Lancaster Suite, Holiday Inn Norwich North, Cromer Road, Norwich NR6 6JA

- Presentation of trophies & medals from Club Championships
- Annual awards
- Dress to Impress
- Pay Bar
- The evening ends by 11.30pm, any help with clearing up at the end would be appreciated.
There is a small amount of snack food included, but please do not reply on this as your main meal! It would be best to eat something before you come. Food will be served at 9.30pm
Tickets are £5.00 per person (Swimmers must also have their own ticket) and can be bought here, add any extra adults as a "new student" : https://uk.teamunify.com/team/reczznssc/page/lesson-registration
Although this is a bigger venue than we had last year, we politely ask that you only purchase tickets for your swimmer and one accompanying adult per swimmer initially. After the first wave of sales it may be possible to buy addtional tickets but we want to ensure that all the swimmers who wish to attend are able to do so in the first instance.
This is a ticket only event - there are no physical tickets, we will have a guest list at the door. Please check in with Amanda and Anneline on arrival.
