Norwich Swan Swimming Club AGM was held on Sunday 28th November at the Sportspark and the new Committee for 2021/2022 was elected.
We are pleased to welcome some new faces to the committee who will bring with them new ideas and fresh enthusiasm. We are also pleased to retain the experience of some of our previous members who bring continuity and stability to the management of the club.
The following members have been elected:

Notice of Swan Annual General Meeting
You are hereby notified that the Norwich Swan Swimming Club AGM will be held on Sunday 28th November
Location: Sportspark, Town Close room
Time: 7.00pm
The main task of the meeting is to receive the financial accounts and elect the committee for the following year. These roles are critical to the running of the club.
Current committee members have indicated they will stand for election again in their current roles for another term, these are:
Treasurer
Club Secretary
Gala/Competitions Secretary & SwimMark Officer
FONS Representative/Fundraising Officer
Membership Secretary
Pool Contracts Manager
Disability Officer
However, if anyone else wishes to submit a nomination for any of the Committee posts then they may do so, by completing a nomination form.

- Club Chairperson
- Marketing & Press Officer
- Parent Member (x2 positions)
- Although not a Committee role, we are also still looking to recruit a Male Club Welfare Officer to assist our existing Female Club Welfare Officer. Ours is a large club and we would like to have two people in role to provide support to members.
- FoNS (Friends of Norwich Swan) are also keen to recruit some more willing helpers to assist with fundraising, club social events etc. Again this is not a Committee role but we would like a larger team to support with this to spread the load. Even an hour a month or just helping out on the day with setting things up would be appreciated.
