Squad Structure at Norwich Swan

We offer a tailored approach to individual swimmers and there is not a set pathway that everyone follows. Our coaching team will look at the individual Swimmer's goals, skills, ability, commitment and physical maturation when decidng on the most suitable squad for a swimmers journey though the club. 

We can offer both competitive and non competitive pathways.
