Just to let you all know we are still sending out a club-wide weekly email and doing a weekly vlog which is on our YouTube channel. Under the Club News tab, there is a page called "Squads Temporary Timetable" which is updated each week with any activities that are taking place that week for Squad swimmers. During the Covid 19 pool closures we are running weekly land training sessions using Zoom with our S&C coach Rui. These sessions are for the squads that currently have land training as part of their usual programme (Skill development and above). The sessions will continue during the closure period.
