Junior Tri Group 
 
Great for all rounders, these sessions comprise of a 55 min swim + 55 min bike/run training with 10 minute change time in the middle.  From May-Sep we train outdoors for the bike/run with sessions running in 3-5 week blocks to coordinate with local races. Swim sessions for Junior Triathletes of all abilities run all year round. 
 
Children must be able to swim 50m (any stroke) to join and there is a minimum age of 8.
