Our way of thinking about competitve swimming

REN96 is the club extension of the East Renfrewshire Leisure and Renfrewshire Leisure swimming lesson programme.  We work in partnership with them, and Scottish Swimming to deliver and continuously improve our programme.  We take on the role of further developing swimmers towards their potential at their pace, meeting their needs.  REN96 has previouly had swimmers compete within the district, nationally and internationally.

Our vision is to make the club a safe and welcoming place where people of all ages learn to swim competitively but is also a place where members feel they belong, identify as being part of a larger community focussed on rounded development and form a legacy through their efforts and contributions.

Simply put, we believe that the time each swimmer spends in the club should be fulfilling, empowering and creates habits and behaviours for life.
