IRONMAN FINLAND 2021

A massive congratulations to Seagull’s parent and club volunteer co – Ordinator Mish Frampton who just completed her first Iron man in Finland. She managed to complete the gruelling race which consists of 3.9K swim, 112-mile Cycle and a full marathon in 12 hours 49 minutes.

An amazing achievement and massive well done from all of us at Seagulls this race takes months and months of long training hours and unbelievable amount of mental strength to finish.
