Craig Oliver – Head Coach

As Head Coach for Bicester Blue Fins, I Coach across all Academy, Squads and Masters groups. I first got involved with swimming taking lessons myself, I then joined Aylesbury and then Maxwell Swimming Clubs.

Coaching is my passion for numerous reasons - the utmost being that you get to be part of a friendly, dedicated, hardworking and supportive team. I have coached for 12 years and being able to help swimmers achieve more in the pool, as well as in other life challenges is a real buzz and something I am very proud of facilitating.

My goals and objectives with Bicester Blue Fins are to become a bigger and stronger team. Being able to nurture a swimmer from when they begin in the pool for the first time is something special. So being able to help develop each individual swimmer all the way through their swimming career to as high level as possible is of high importance.  In addition, I aim for us to progress in the League Galas along with Championship performances.

I think I could be described as friendly, caring, hardworking, and team orientated!
